We use a fund-based approach to scale operations through organic (franchising and corporate-owned stores) and inorganic (mergers & acquisitions) growth, resulting in a fast-track route to profitability. TMG Ventures or TMGV, aims to seek out brand partners that augment our food & beverage businesses, with a focus on expanding them across the Asia Pacific region and globally.
We are at the core, F&B entrepreneurs and finance professionals, with strong knowledge in both areas. We also have a fast-growing presence in the virtual food space, and through the virtual foodhalls, delivery kitchens, and traditional restaurants in our network, partner brands can experience seamless expansion.

Meet the Team
Successful self-made businessman with early career in banking and public sector, owns various businesses and held Chairmanship and Exec directorship in Bursa companies. Former Selangor State Assemblyman, currently President of the Malaysian Hockey Confederation; Deputy President of Football Association of Malaysia.
More than 20 years experience in F&B with many global brands under his belt, such as Coffee Beans & Tea Leafs, Haagen Daaz, Gelato Fruity, Franco and many more. Part of the founding team of Greatfun Group that is consolidated into FBEV.
BA Hons Accounting & Finance & FCCA, 5 years in Ernst & Young, 10 years in Investment Bank (M&A and IPO). Entrepreneur for 15 years, listed an oil palm SPAC in London and RTO to Main Board LSE.
Bachelor of Science (Hons) by Staffordshire University, United Kingdom (dual degree program) in Business Computing. 17 years in food, beverage and entertainment (FBE) industry with marketing, operations, brand management and business development. Oversee business development and operations of over 70 outlets across multiple brands at its peak.
Serial entrepreneur; built and exited several F&B businesses. Owned and operated more than 100 F&B outlets in his career span. Founded AUM Hospitality, grew to more than 70 outlets; trade sale the group to an Asian retail giant.
